It's hard to say how well our heroines will do in a zombie rooted end of society, as it is highly dependent on what the zombies are like. In Zombieland, for example, the zombies could run. Not as fast as they do in the new Dawn of the Dead or World War Z, where the zombies have this mindless suicide like run, but fast enough to be a threat. In Night of the Living Dead, Shawn of the Dead, and The Walking Dead, well, it's a wonder why the zombies are a threat in anything short of a horde. So how well these bountiful babes do in this situation is entirely dependent on how fast the zombies in question are.
